IBGC – Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa plays a key role supporting companies to navigate the evolvement and relevance of corporate governance in Brazil.
Having IBGC embrace E + S matters and adding them to its core, the G, represents a major step towards upgrading the Brazilian economy to low carbon, bio and circular directives. This is the unique path to ensure Brazilian businesses’ survival in the long run.
